The road/path (marked on the map) from Foothill Stable towards Eldin has multiple spots where 2-3 Fire Keese will spawn. On the cliff right next to and North-East of Faron Tower, around 15 in total. The following items are the ones I'm currently looking for and would appreciate if someone could help with: Red Chu Chus, Diamonds/Luminous Stones, all of the Lynel spawning points as I'm going to start farming them soon.
